Physical Exams
A copy of a current physical is due to Donna Paulhus at [email protected] prior to the start of the season.
A physical will be good for 13 months from the date of issue and will render an athlete ineligible the day after it expires even if that is in the middle of the season.
Please keep this change in mind as you schedule appointments for the next year. Any athlete that has not completed the ImPACT test, does not have a current physical on file in my office or has not completed the FamilyID permission to participate and registration will not be allowed to participate in tryouts.
