Bishop Feehan announces Alexis Waggoner as Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach

Bishop Feehan High School is proud to announce Alexis Waggoner as the new Head Coach for the Varsity Girls’ Lacrosse Team. Coach Waggoner brings over 18 years of coaching experience at both the college and high school levels, along with a deep passion for developing student-athletes and growing the game of lacrosse.

She began her collegiate coaching career as an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Merrimack College (2007–2009), helping guide the program through competitive NCAA Division II play. Shortly after, she served as Head Girls’ Lacrosse Coach at Austin Preparatory School (2008–2009), where she helped organize and strengthen the program in its early years.

In 2009, Coach Waggoner was named Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Randolph College, a position she held for nine seasons. There, she was instrumental in building the program from scratch, developing numerous all-conference players and fostering a competitive and supportive team culture. Most recently, she served as an Assistant Girls’ Lacrosse Coach at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School (2019–2024), contributing to one of Massachusetts’ top public school lacrosse programs and helping the team win the MIAA Division I state championship in 2023.

Dedicated to leadership, skill development and cultivating strong team culture, Coach Waggoner is excited to lead the Shamrocks and continue the proud tradition of Feehan Girls’ Lacrosse.
